E-Bike Battery Pack for 40 Cells and BMS ebike

Hey, check out my new version <a href="https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3128457">here</a>. since I am building an electric bike and i was looking for a battery pack. I decided to make one. It consists of three printed parts. A part for frame's bottle cage mount, a battery chassis and a chassis lid. See attached picture for the arrangement of the cells. XT90 connectors are used for charge and discharge. XT30 connectors are used for connecting a thermistor. It can be used to monitor the temperature while charging and should be placed central and between the cells. The lid and the box can be glued or welded together with a soldering iron at low temperature. Before printing make sure your battery's dimensions are suitable.
