E-liquid mixer (THE HARDUISTEEPER), OpenSCAD version

thingiverse

This is an OpenSCAD version of the excellent e-liquid mixer "The Harduisteeper" by PeterCo014:http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1987389 The micro servo 9G model used is done by TheCase, with some slight modifications:http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:29734 It is an amazingly effective and cheap mixer for two e-liquid bottles (30ml to 50ml). It works even with 100% VG mixes. I had a bunch of "el cheapo" Arduino mini 168 laying unused in a box, so an adaptation was needed to fit this model. Having it in a parametric form also allows easy modifications and adaptations. See the source code for comments on options. Hardware needed: Servo motor: Micro ("9G" type) Ball bearing: 10mm ED, 3mm ID, 4mm width (can be adapted in source code) Arduino Pro Mini 168 "Baite" (for example: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1pcs-Pro-Mini-328-Mini-ATMEGA328-5V-16MHz-Free-Shipping/1432585134.html ) A micro-USB PCB (for example: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/10pcs-MICRO-USB-to-DIP-Adapter-5pin-Female-Connector-B-Type-PCB-Converter/32720363831.html ) A common cathode 5mm RGB LED 3 resistors (2x470R + 1x560R) 4x round foam pads for feets (37mm diameter), optional Some screws (see source code header comments) I included my quick adaptation of PeterCo014's original Arduino code. My version has a pause between cycles and the movement speed is ramped progressively. Feel free to contribute modifications... The comments are in french, as they were in the original file, but I can provide a translated version if needed. Print Settings Printer: CTC Bizer Dual Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: at least 20% Notes: Note that if you decide to print the swivel part with a printed axis and not to use a screw, you'll probably have to enable supports for that part...
