This is a model i made from scratch in 3DS Mechanical 4.0 Its scaled to a tenth of the original, made from the standardized values of those pallets. The chamfers on the corners are actually a bit too big but shouldnt be a concern. The chamfers on the lower plates of the long sides are missing and i cant be arsed to add them. Id maybe recommend printing them upside down to reduce the amount of bridging your printer has to do, but it should work fine any way.
