Hare are my designs for custom parts on the E3D Bigbox printer. Thanks to Ephemeris at the E3D forums for the initial Nut trap clip design. Forum thread:https://forum.e3d-online.com/index.php?threads/simple-retainer-for-nut-traps.882/ The nut trap clip I printed with layer height at 0.25 and width 0.4. Pretty slow printing because of the small details. I spent 3 - 4 hours printing 70 clips. Thanks to JvdP on the E3D forums for his "Project Whisper" Making BigBox Quiet thread. You can find more info on silencing the Bigbox here:https://forum.e3d-online.com/index.php?threads/project-whisper-making-bigbox-quiet.914/ The temp probe for RUMBA fits on top of the JTAG connector and is a tight fit. You might have to lower extrusion rate if it is too tight. Try different extrusion widths to get it right. Update: I had misunderstood where the exhaust fan would be located. I have removed the exhaust fan bracket.
