E3D Chimera 40mm Fan Adapter

This is a 40mm fan adapter for the E3D Chimera cold end and 40mm fan grill. I wanted a quieter solution to the 30mm fan included with the Chimera kit from e3d. There are other adapters out there, but I wanted a more robust and refined solution. This adapter attaches to the top two mount points on the Chimera heatsink with two M3 socket head cap screws. Hardware needed: 2x M3 Socket Head Cap Screw, 8mm or 10mm 4x M3 Socket Head Cap Screw, (thickness of your 40mm fan)+10mm (I used 30mm screws, since my fan was 20mm thick) Make sure you pre-fit the M3 screws in the heatsink to thread the channels. They're a pretty tight fit, but that makes for a really sturdy result. I've included the F360 files for anyone who wants to tweak the designs. I designed these parts for my Voron 3d printer build.
