E3D & J-Head Auto bed level servo mount and fan mount for Greg Wade extruder

This is a bracket to hold an auto bed levelling servo, plus a PLA print cooling fan which I got from here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:101225 It takes a standard 9g micro servo. The bracket is designed for Greg Wade's extruder. It bolts through the two base plate holes that are 50mm apart. The cut-out in the middle is 17mm in diameter which will accommodate any extruder with 16mm or less diameter (i.e. E3D, J-Head etc). On a standard Prusa i3 the servo mount and fan don't interfere with the X axis movement at all.
