e3d supervolcano and v6 parts

I cad'd a few parts from the e3d supervolcano based on e3d's technical drawings. All are 1.75mm.Lengths and widths should be accurate, cosmetic things like chamfers and fillets are typically not (they were not marked in the drawings). One notable inaccuracy is the thread inside the heatsink/on the upper part of the heatbreak. I didn't have a heatbreak readily available to measure how far the thread covered, and it wasn't listed on the technical drawings. If you're putting together a supervolcano in CAD, assembly should be straightforward except for the heatbreak/heatblock connection. I'd advise making the heatbreak stick out approx 1.4mm (that's what I measured on mine after following the dozuki instructions). Also, I don't yet have nozzles in here. That's for later. There's a step file here for the full 3-part assembly.EDIT 7/15/2020: Just added a 1.4mm nozzle. If you need a nozzle of a different size, it should be relatively trivial to add it by referencing the e3d drawings.
