E3d Titan + BLTouch mod plate for Modular v2 X Carriage

E3d Titan mod plate to go with Mike Kelly's E3d Modular X carriage. This design mounts the Titan sideways and will work best with a pancake-style stepper motor to minimise the amount of X travel lost. There's also a recess designed to house a BLTouch if you happen to use one. Please do note that unfortunately the standard 40mm fan mount points are not usable with this mod plate as the v6 is tucked further up into the carriage, resulting in the fans sitting closer to the bed than the nozzle.
