E3D Titan Extruder Dual 5015 Fan Duct

I designed this fan duct for the E3D Titan extruder and V6 hotend setup to use two 5015 blower fans. I intended to design cooling ducts that went on either side of the nozzle, but after trying this design out, I found it did a pretty good job on overhang and bridging so I left it for now. You need at least a 30mm M3 screw and nut to clamp it to the motor. This design uses a square nut, but a hex nut should also work. If you don't have that, a small zip tie should work in a pinch. For installing the fans, I put the fans in place, mark the hole with a fine tip sharpie, drill 3mm holes in the fan, and use 3mm x 10mm screws to mount. The holes/screws don't interfere with the blade rotation. The screws should tap into the printed holes, so even if you don't get the holes perfect when drilling, you can oversize the hole in the fan and the screws will still keep the fan from falling out. The benefit to this design is it's not mounted on the heatsink, so if the heatsink gets really hot for some reason, it won't deform or melt. ***V2:*** Adding mounting points for 5015 fan so no drilling is necessary. You'll need a 20-25mm screw and nut, again designed using a square nut but hex should work. Also added a few more fillets and improved duct curvature. Print Recommendation: Walls/Perimeters: 3 Top/Bottom Layers: 2 Bridging : On Supports: Touching Buildplate Only Material: Any
