E3D Tool Changer Adjustable Brush

E3D Tool Changer Adjustable Brush

This is a remix of GregoryHolloway's Adjustable Cleaning Brush. It has been modified to use the more readily available NEMA 17 motors with an integrated T8 4 Start lead screw. I swapped out the cheap brass nut that usually comes with these and replaced it with a Prusa POM nut. Linear guide is from PCB Linear (MR12-0150-1). It is a polymer bearing rather then ball bearing, so it requires no lubrication. You can order it directly from PCB Linear via their website (link in BOM). I have left the brush arm blank so that you can easily modify the model to use your preferred brush. -------------------- Update 07-28-2020 Major redesign to help with alignment of the lead screw and the linear rail. There was too much tenancy for warping of the print which was causing the linear rail to get tight at the ends of travel. Made brush section removable to make it easier to change brush designs. -------------------- Update 07-10-2020: Uploaded updated versions with larger clearances for bolts and leadscrew
