Two 30mm vents are required to attach to the E3D V5 hotend, which features a 25mm heatsink diameter. One vent serves to cool the hotend itself, while the other is tasked with cooling the print. A closure must fit snugly onto one side, possibly requiring some gentle sanding for a secure seal. The opposite side is secured in place by an M2 screw.
