E3D v6 40mm Fan Duct

I wasn't satisfied from the models of 40mm fan duct that I found on Thingiverse, because they didn't fit well on my extruder. So I decided to design my own fan duct for the E3D v6. I hope this could be helpfull to everyone who got my same problem. <b>This fan duct is suited with M3 hex nuts slots that allow a stronger grip and a faster change in case of a broken fan.</b> <b>Update 06/19:</b> I've improved the model for some issues regarding wall thickness, and created a version of the "clamp" with a shorter internal diameter I've named it "40mmFanDuct_Thickened" in case the other model is too loose and you need a stronger grip!
