E3D V6 Adapter and DC42 Differential IR sensor mount

Using the Official E3D V6 hotend required a different mount to lower the hotend below the level of the x-axis min endstop switch. This is my remix of the original jhead mount. I've also switched to using the DC42 Differential IR sensor which required a different bracket that still uses the same mounting holes from the inductive sensor. (This part may need modification if your using a different hotend but it works for the E3D V6 and E3D Lite6 hotends.)
