e3d v6 adapter for Monoprice Select Mini V1

Nearly zero-offset adapter to use e3d v6 hotend with Version 1 of the popular Monoprice Select Mini. Allows use of third-party e3d v6 hotend and nozzles to allow printing with larger variety of filaments. Since I used this with the e3d v6 hotend, no more jagged edges or jams, and it's now a snap to change nozzles. Note: since there are different nozzle heights, you may have to modify these adapters to avoid dragging along the bed when using shorter nozzles that don't stick out as far from the heater block. Updated 7/2/2017 - includes an additional backplate that is 4 mm taller to accommodate printing on 3-4 mm borosilicate glass. This new backplate lifts the e3d v6 assembly up by 4 mm, allowing you to use a glass plate without needing to use z-axis limit switch adapter. Note that this adapter may require that you modify how far your nozzle sticks out, as nozzles that are very close to the heater block may be too high, and the x-carriage can hit the bed instead! Updated 7/8/2017 - includes new front clamp that incorporates fan for heat sink as well as fan with hidden shroud to direct air to help cool extruded filament. Due to the extra depth, the front mount is counter sunk to allow the use of shorter screws. 25-30 mm m3 screws to hold it in place. Also backplates now reworked to allow nuts to be "press fit", eliminating the need for the previous spacer (see 9/13/17 note above).
