E3D V6 prototype. I have started to design this so I will be using it, but finally I have resigned out of this project. Printed with SLA printer - ABS Like reisin. Cooling fan: Any 4020 fan. Print cooling fan: 5015 blower 10x M3 nuts 4x M3x60 screws 4x M3x45+ screws (it depends how you will design back) 2x M3x20 screws - Everything weights ~160g (including fans). - It is super-stable. You can't move hotend - It should be nicely cooled - It's exhausting hot air to the top (not cooling your print when ie. printing PETG / ABS) I am sharing this so you won't start from 0 if you have the same idea.
