If you are upgrading your hotend to the E3D V6 or already have an E3D V6, this clamp will connect the 30mm fan to the heasink of the hotend. This design uses a thick clamp so the fan should stay firmly in place on the heatsink. This stops the annoying rattle that you sometimes get with the stock, injection moulded fan duct.
