My take on the E3D v6 heat block silicone cover. Tried a couple but I didn't like the result, so I did a quick design 1.Print with supports. 2.Really low infill (10%) so it will be easier to break the inner block when the silicone has dried 3.Remove with care ;) 4.Cut the top to fit your needs RTV High Temperature Silicone Mould (http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/RTV-High-Temperature-Silicone-Mould-Making-Rubber-250g-Kit-/271783171622?hash=item3f478a1626:g:zJ8AAOSw-vlVonOC) Around 5 grams each part. It definitely helps keeping the nozzle clean and I can jump the blower fan 100% without any drops in temp. Attached Step file so you can customise it at will ;)
