The vortex created by the hotend fan causes issues for ABS printing. The air current cools the parts and results in pretty bad print quality. Some printers have proper ducts to prevent this from happening, but mine did not, so I decided to design one. The 40mm fan enclosure firmly attaches the fan to the front of the duct, then the 2 ducts firmly grab the lowest radiator disk and top part of the hotend radiator. You can mount in any direction. I had to make it tight to it doesn't spin around freely. You should be able to print all the parts without supports. You'll need M3 nuts and bolts for assembly. 2 screws are enough to hold the fan enclosure in place, you'll need all 4 though for the radiator enclosure. In my printer version, the nuts are on the rear part, but I updated this for easier assembly, They are now in the front piece so its easier to screw in. ******ORIENT THE PARTS BEFORE PRINTING******
