E3d v6 openbuilds large gantry support with pl-08n sensor

This is my version of an e3d v6 hotend support for an openbuilds V-slot plate on my Tronxy X3 printer . The particularity of my printer is that the gantry is hung vertically, not horizontally, with the belt running in the top and bottom part of the rail, under the wheels. Which made every other supports I found incompatible. My design re-use the Bowden extruder inductance sensor mount PL-08N from erikkallen as well as is very heavily inspired from tech2c E3D v6 Bowden X-carriage mount Prusa i3. I only narrowed the screw holes to match the V-slot size and created a notch to give room for the screw holding the central wheel on the gantry. I use 2 M4X25 screws with nylon lock nut as support to tie the belt, and a spacer with a L shape is giving the gantry the width it needs to trigger the endstop when homing. The design was made in onShape: V1 V2 If you have an onShape account (even the free one) you will be able to clone them and adjust what you need. V2 available V2 is now available, in a shortened version with 22mm between the gantry and the nozzle. I have also added a spacer for the endstop, as the gantry plate is too thin and goes under the switch, BOM Links are for dimension and example, you should be able to source those at any hardware store, at least where metric is used. Once the support is printed, you will need: 4 times m4 x 25 screws with a flat head DIN 7991 4 times 4.3 x 8.9 x 0.8 mm washers DIN 125 4 times 4mm nylon lock nuts DIN 985 Installation Use the flat head on the inside of the gantry (by the wheels) and use 1 washer and a nut on the support side. The holes in the support are spaced to use the 5mm holes of the plate. Edit 1: not uploaded for 1 day and it's already favorited a few times, I'm surprised and honored. I have switched this as a "project in progress", as I will need to do some changes on the support, namely to shorten it a bit so that I loose less print space on the bed. The actual version have a total height of 38.5 mm, and I'll need to shorten it to ~18mm Edit 2: The V2 is available. Thanks for anyone visiting this. Print Settings Printer: Tronxy X3a Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.25mm Infill: 20% Notes: Printed with ABS. Maybe it could be done with PLA, but I preferred not to take the chance
