E3D v6 support for Anet E-10

Como el sistema de impresión que venía de serie no me gustaba demasiado, opté por diseñar un soporte para el carro que me permitiera utilizar un E3D v6, que he usado en otras impresoras y me ha ido tan bien. Para montarlo necesitas 4 tornillos M3x10 para atornillarlo a la placa de serie, un par de tuercas hexagonales M4 y un par de tornillos M4x30 para sujetar las pinzas que sujetan en sí el E3D, y un par de tornillos M3x30 para sujetar el ventilador de 40 mm al portaventilador.
