This is a very simple E3D V6 hotend mount for the Tevo Tornado. It is designed to use as much of the original components as possible. Basically you'll print this, take off the OEM hotend, and use the same screws and pulley mount to attach the E3D V6 hotend. You will end up with one spare long screw. A few things of note: - The nozzle will be a little bit higher than the OEM nozzle sat, but still well within the bounds of the adjustable bed. - A few parts you may need to sand down a little such as the clip attaching the one side of the front to the back. The bottom left small screw hole, and the top left large hole may need to be made slightly larger. - You will need to cut the original fan wires to attach the E3D V6 fan, and while there are two sets of wires, only one will power the fan, so test, and if one doesn't work, try the other. Also, you need the hotend to be 50 c or above for the fan to be on. - You do not necessarily need to replace the thermistor and sensor. I just slid them into the new E3D V6 block and it worked fine. - While the fan does a very good job keeping the heat sync nice and cool (cool enough to touch even when the nozzle is 210 c), the the whole hotend still rotates too easily in the mount. To solve this I simply put some electrical tape in the clamp area to hold the E3D V6 firmly in place.
