when printing some parts with the 40mm fan mount i just uploaded, the airflow from the extruder fan blowing over the surface of the build plate....was so much that the parts started to peel away from the surface even with wolfbite, even in the enclosure. so i made this little guy up to redirect airflow upwards away from the build plate and my parts stayed on the plate..its not necessary for PLA unless you just wanna
