Element 3D V2.2 makes it simple to use all colors with its pre-set models. The E3D file includes a full materials set, just like the previews. You also get an OBJ 2015 file. To get started: First, open After Effects CC 2014 (or later) and create a new composition. Note that you need Element 3D V2.2 to use this feature. Next, create a new Solid layer and add the Element effect. To do this, go to Effect/Video Copilot/Element. Click on Scene Setup inside the Element 3D scene setup. Then, choose my .e3d preset for the model and press Open. If you don't see the model, make sure to right-click on the model name and select Replace model. After that, select the .obj model file in the respective models folder.
