Eachine 1000TVL to HS1177 Mount Adapter

Scroll Down to see the update This is an adapter to allow you to install an Eachine 1000TVL CCD camera in the same location you would a conventional HS1177 style camera. It is not perfect, and due to the width of the bosses on the side of the camera is ends up being about 0.5mm wider than a HS1177. I have found it can still be mounted successfully in quads with plates to screw through, and even the Armattan style HS1177 mount. It is a little chunkier around the lens barrel than a conventional HS1177 to avoid holes in the mesh. It is short enough to still expose the focus lock ring, so focus can be changed while in the adapter and mounted to a quad. You will most likely need to drill out the screw hole after printing. I suggest some infill when printing. I have printed it in PETG and PLA so far. The PETG is very strong at 20% infill (I couldn't break it). The fit for the camera is press fit, and fairly snug. Updated the .STL to add .1mm more clearance to the fit of the camera body. One of my prints was so snug, I couldn't get the camera out again without cutting the PLA. The additional clearance should still hold the camera well, without being impossible to remove the camera after being pressed in. UPDATE 2017-01-25: Added a V2 .STL file. This file has a better overall fit for the camera, as well as refined outer dimension to fit better. The original was about 1mm too wide. The V2 offsets the camera relative to the bosses on the side of the adaptor, but provides the cutout slot so the camera can be installed in either orientation. The overall body is smaller, so it prints fast, and uses less material. It prints in about 20 minutes now. I recommend using supports, and printing it with the camera barrel down to the bed. It should specifically fit into the Armattan camera mounts much better now, as well as any HS1177 style mount.
