I decided to make the spacer in three pieces, BackSide, it is the part that joins the fresnel lens, FrontSide, the part that joins the screen, and the hooks. This way you do not have to use many supports, only a small part in the BackSide, thus saving us the hassle of having to remove the supports. It is ESSENTIAL to use CAPA height of 0.2mm, so that the final measurements are as accurate as possible. The number of loops of 2 or 3 and the filling of 15 or 20% depending on the consistency and weight you want. The 4 parts are stuck with Cyanoacrylate very easy, you just have to be careful to stick the hooks (Hooks) in their correct position to the FrontSide, since they have a small projection to block the piece on the side of the screen of the glasses. The BackSide measures 6mm in height, there are two BackSide, 9mm and 29mm, combining both, we can get two spacers, one of 15mm of total height, and another of 35mm. If you need other heights, you just have to modify the FrontSide. If you can not modify the .stl file, you can request the design in another format. Decidí realizar el espaciador en tres piezas, BackSide, es la parte que se une a la lente fresnel, FrontSide, la parte que se une a la pantalla, y los Hooks o enganches. De esta forma no hay que usar muchos soportes, solamente una pequeña parte en el BackSide, así nos ahorramos el engorro de tener que quitar los soportes. Es IMPRESCINDIBLE usar altura de CAPA de 0.2mm, para que las medidas finales sean lo mas exactas posibles. El número de vueltas (Loops) de 2 o 3 y el relleno de 15 o 20% a elección según la consistencia y peso que queraís. Las 4 partes se pegan con Cianocrilato muy fácil, solo hay que tener cuidado de pegar los enganches (Hooks) en su posición correcta al FrontSide, ya que tienen un pequeño resalte para bloquear la pieza en el lado de la pantalla de las gafas. El BackSide mide 6mm de altura, hay dos BackSide, de 9mm y de 29mm, combinando ambos, podemos obtener dos separadores, uno de 15mm de altura total, y otro de 35mm. Si os hacen falta otras alturas, solo hay que modificar el FrontSide. Si no podeís modificar el archico .stl podeís solicitarme el diseño en otro formato. Buenos vuelos.
