This is a PVC pipe holder that I use to hang my Christmas Lights on 4"x3" downspouts vertically. This was designed for 1/2" schedule 40 pipe. I have included multiple variations that hold the PVC pipe 1", 2", 3", 4", 5" or 6" from the edge of the downspout. I have also created other mounting versions that can be found on my "Designs" page.
