You can place it anywere on your shirt, or use multiple ones :) Put the inner ring onto your shirt and attach (clip) the outer ring from the other side. Of course, you can also guide the cable inside the shirt and attach the outer ring from the outside. This gives a bit like an Iron Man look... The current cable diameter is optimized for Apple ear buds.
