As far as i know there are no other projects like this. So i decided to be the first Edges are rounded. I suggest to print this vertically and with low layer height to smoothen the expander. At least it should be 0.16mm.. Better 0.12 or smaller Material that i have tested until now is PLA - No irritaions or sth like this. Please be careful and desinfect your expander every day! Can be printed without support or raft! Measurements: Dia 14mm: 66mm long Dia 16mm: 69mm long If you have trouble at insertion - give it a little spin ;)
