The "hidden" ear piece, made to replace the in-ear bud that comes with most radios. This ear piece lets surrounding sounds in aswell. Might have to sand the corners to get it to fit good in the ear. I've used it 12h straight without getting any pain in the ear. Works with ear protection on top of it.
