This is a clip to wear around the back of the skull to pull the string that goes behind your ears of a surgical mask off the ears. This is mainly used in the health care area where due to COVID19 people are forced to wear these masks all day and the rubber straps cause irritation on the ears. This design is a response to requests from medical users who reported the original design clip tends to slip down the back of the head.
