Ear Relaxer - TPU Tension Relief for Face Masks

This is my ear relaxer for face masks which i´m using quiet some time now. The design was made with TPU in mind, but PLA/PETG or whatever material you wanna use should work just as good. TPU adds flex and comfort to your ear relaxer. The design was made for best comfort and low material cost. Just remember to go down with your print speed if you are using TPU. I also attached images for the two different methods on how to attach your face mask straps. The first one is straight forward, just use the hook and put your strap around it. The second will connect the straps and ear relaxer better. I usually have one side connected with method 2 to ensure a good connection while handling the mask while it´s not attached to my head. If i put the mask on, i put the relaxer around my neck and connect the other side with method 1. Attached you can also find my TPU Cura Profile for my Ender 5. I printed the ear relaxer with blue Eryone TPU. I hope some people will find this design helpful!
