Print two pieces: one as-is, one mirrored. I modified tomlombardi's excellent "Apple Earbud Fix" to clip onto my AKG Y20 earphones, which have a cord diameter below the earpieces of about 1.6mm. If yours is any similar, this is probably going to be a good fit.
