Earphone/Earbud Anti Tangle Slide Clip

One of the things I liked about some brands of earbuds is the sliding clip to keep the earphones from tangling up. I break and have to purchase new earbuds every six to eight months (I'm rough on them - go figure). In any case I iterated a new design for an Earphone/Earbud anti tangle slide clip that can be 3d printed. It's designed for earphone wires that are about 1.5 mm thick. This design seems to work well and has become quite popular among my associates. Review the build details then have a go and print out your own. Instructions Printed in ABS on a monocote over glass surface with aquanet spray - no stick down issues. Print temp 230C, Bed temp 110C first layer 100C hereafter. CAUTION: Because these are very small they print very quickly and will remain easily deformable until cool. You need to allow the bed and parts to cool to about room temp after printing - this will usually take 2-5 miutes.
