My wife and daughter have all their earrings in boxes so they end up either tangled up or forgotten.
My daughter had asked me to make her something so she could see them all and store them. I made her a tree out of wood which she loved, but... now my wife had earring-tree-envy.
So here is my solution.
It is sturdy, it can be made in pieces on the MakerBot and it holds 21 pairs of earrings of different sizes.
Now everyone is happy.
I've just made the base taller so that the earrings would not hang so low.
Instructions
Make 3 leaves and one of each of the other pieces.
Assemble as per the photo. Notice that the leaf tip should point down for better earring positioning.
Hang earrings.
