Here is "InMoov", the robot you can print and animate. You have a 3D printer, some building skills, This project is for you!! Mine are done with ABS. I already expect some remarks about these "Too" human ears... But the head of InMoov looked flat when seen from the front, and adding human ears, helps in that matter. There is no specification given for to buy the speakers. Standard small USB speakers for PC should be fine. You can use the STL Speaker1 to know the dimensions required.
