I remixed the cool Easter Island Moai idol model from http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:922454 with a 30mm circular beveled base. Instructions Remixed with a 30mm base with Meshmixer (file attached). Printed from Cura at 205 degrees in PLA on a Printrbot Simple Metal at 0.2mm layer height, 0.8 shell thickness and bottom/top thickness, 15% fill. Support everywhere grid structure. I set the overhang angle at 65 degrees, fill amount 25%, x/ydistance 0.5mm and z distance 0.14mm.
