Easy Cable Management

Easy Cable Management

I was tired of having zip ties wrapped all over my Ender 5, so I designed these to help tidy it up. They lock in with a 90 degree twist and are quite solid. The small zip tie clips will fit a 2.5mm zip tie, the large will fit a 3.6mm zip tie. The rings can be used for cables that shouldn't be held down by ties, just expand the gap and slide your cables in. Small rings are aprox. 15mm in diameter and the large is aprox. 26mm in diameter. The large ring is should work well for the hotend cables. Print parts slow and at a minimum of .16mm layer height for proper tolerances. A somewhat flexible material should be used such as PETG or ABS. Update 1- Fixed the zip tie mounts, models are now oriented correctly, name of thing is less of a mouth full. Update 2- Separated the models into individual files. Update 3- Added solid rings and altered the large rings. Large rings are now thicker, and the opening is now on the side so wires can't come out.
