Easy Display side mount for Prusa MK3/s (right or left)
thingiverse
Easy to Mount Display Side Mount I designed this mount because my Printer stands sideways and I also wanted a simple assembly process that doesn't require new calibration after mounting. To print, you need: 2x Frame Bracket Support One and Two You'll also need: 2x Squared Nuts (you can get 4 by removing the standard supports or from spare parts) 2x Bolt (you can get 4 by removing the standard supports or from spare parts) For assembly, place the squared nuts inside the printed frame brackets. Make sure they don't fall out easily. You may need to fix them with a small amount of glue. Insert a long screw into the other side and screw it in 2-3 times. Now you can easily put the frame bracket into the printer's frame. Turn it 90 degrees if necessary, then pull on the screw holding the nut in place. Replace the original mounts with the freshly printed ones. Screw the screws into the holes at the mounts, carefully inserting them into the brackets. Start with small increments and increase as needed. You're done! Before your first print, check that your print bed has enough space. If not, you may need to adjust your design. I'd love to hear your feedback! Are you happy with this mount? What could be improved? Have fun using it! P.S. For non-brand display covers, check out my other designs.
