Easy loosen long GoPro bolt knob for 40mm M5

This GoPro knob is designed to use an M5 x 40mm bolt. (Most others use longer bolts, but it seems that 40mm is easier to find, and cheaper). It also features a tab, that is much easier on your fingers when the bolt is really tight. Hardware required M5 x 40mm hex head bolt Printed vertical I had best results using a raft. Sometimes using just a brim, it will peel a little off the build plate, and the top will start to sway when the print gets near the end.
