Amongst the dozens of over-engineered one piece Garmin handlebar mounts I couldn't find one that printed nicely, so I designed a 31.8mm handlebar compatible mating part for Nelisvz's panel mount Garmin 800 bayonet. If you need to print for a different handlebar diameter, the original freecad file is provided - change the dimensions of the subtractive cylinder to your desired handlebar diameter. Prints with or without support depending on the capabilities of your printer; prints best with the handlebar cutout upwards. I used PLA with 0.15mm layers with a 0.4mm nozzle and 25% infill and I haven't had any issues. Assemble using M2.5 or M3 countersunk screws (you may have to clean up the countersinks with a countersink or large drill bit by hand), use nylocs or it will rattle loose! You can glue the two pieces together using something like Loctite 480 for extra security. There is no detent, but friction works fine on even the roughest trails. If you have issues with it slipping round on the bars, apply a small piece of foam or scrap of inner tube inside the mounting surface with glue.
