I wanted to design an easy-to-print filter mask for use with N95 sheets, vacuum bags, or blue shop towels. I wanted one thing enough to easily heat-shape with hot water. Unplanned, but I also lost cooling on my CR-10, but it still managed to print well in PETG. This is the result of the cup design after 7+ iterations. It prints with no supports and no rafts needed. Took about 3 hours at 1800mm/s and .2mm layer height. Print front side down. I am still working on the filter cartridge part. Due to the nature of FDM printing, masks like these are NOT airtight without post-processing.
