Easy-to-turn Moen faucet adapter

These faucets are impossible to turn without a tight grip. Aside from cramping my fingers, this forces me to rub my clean hands all over a surface that I just got dirty. This handle allows me to shut off the handle with my elbow, back of the hand, foot, whatever. It is way chunkier than it needs to be, and the layers make an ideal breeding ground for bacteria. I may seal it with epoxy, or just give it a good spritz every now and then. I am not exactly sure what model of faucet I have, but it appears identical to the Moen 7900.
