Easy Universal Z-Braces for CR-10 / S / S4 / S5 | M8 threaded rod remix

thingiverse

This is a remix of the listed Z-Braces which I made in order to use the materials I had already at home. The difference between the original and the remix is that it is made to use M8 rods (with M8 nuts of course), instead of M10 ones, and M3 screws with an M3 nuts in the top bracket part (instead of M4 ones). ##### What you'll need to build this version: * 2x 60cm M8 threaded rods * 4x M3x10 screws * 2x M3x15 screws * 2x M5x12 screws * 4x M3 T-slot nuts * 8x M8 nuts * 2x M3 nuts The metal T-slot nuts are nice to have and use but if you can't get ones fast and easily (like me) then you can just print some (I used [these](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2469130)). You'll need 4 extra M3 nuts for these. Due to the fact that I am currently upgrading my enclosure I didn't test the braces yet, but I don't think that the changes would affect them in any negative way. #### This is just the basic description of the remix. For the detailed information please read the description of the original project.
