This needs 2 608 bearings, may need additional tinkering after printing if the parts touch. Can be printed on the easythreed printer. I used PLA. Glue the vertical parts together. The square small extension and hole are just for alignment purposes. I replace the printer screws with longer ones, but the original may work too.
