L'eazy Fit' est une évolution de la tête Z122 permettant de rapprocher le capteur de palpage à 24mm de la buse d'impression. Le guidage est assuré par 3 paliers IGUS RJ4JP-01-08. Une grande attention a été portée à l'évolutivité de cette tête. Elle permet en effet le montage d'un capteur capacitif, BLTouch sans avoir à ré-imprimer le corps principal. Il en va de même pour les possesseurs de chaine porte cable qui n'auront qu'à imprimer la pièce d'adaptation. La tête E3DV6 peut être démontée indépendamment du reste. Aucune reprise de câblage nécessaire pour le montage de la tête, il suffit de glisser les câbles dans l'ouverture latérale de montage de la tête d'impression. Le montage de la courroie est facilité par des clips de maintien. Résumé des fonctions : - Montage de l'ensemble sans décablage de l'éxistant - Démontage rapide de la tête d'impression - Montage capteur capacitif ou BLTouch via pièce d'adaptation - Montage chaine porte cable sans avoir à ré imprimer le cache supérieur - Montage rapide de la courroie nota : Le conduit de ventilateur intégrant le BLtouch peut être imprimé dans un PLA transparent afin d'avoir la visibilité de l'état des Leds du capteur. Il est ajouré ce qui permet un flux d'air constant sur l'électronique du BLTouch. Cette tête a été imprimée et testée, les quelques petites erreurs rencontrées au montage ont été corrigées, mais n'hésitez pas à me faire par de vos retours en cas de soucis. Je corrigerai. Des vidéos de montage sont à venir, juste une question de temps :) Marlin Fonctionnel sur mon imprimante avec ma configuration (Tiges trapézoïdales, BLTouch), le contenu pourra varier selon la votre. La butée X est prévue pour une utilisation avec les chariots Z(x) Z122. En cas de chariots d'origine DAGOMA, le fin de course se fera sur la tête de vis supérieure droite du ventilateur de hotend. (Voir Photo avec flèche rouge). Le passage des câbles ne m'a pas posé de problème particulier, avec du bon sens on y arrive facilement :) Petite erreur dans la nomenclature, les vis sont bien des CHC M3 et non des HM3 The eazy Fit 'is an evolution of the Z122 head to bring the probing sensor 24mm closer to the print nozzle. It allows the installation of a capacitive sensor, BLTouch without having to re-print the main body. The same goes for the holders of cable chain who will only have to print the adaptation piece. The E3DV6 head can be disassembled independently of the rest. No cabling needed to mount the head, simply slide the cables into the side opening of the print head. The mounting of the belt is facilitated by holding clips. Summary of functions: - Assembly of the assembly without lag of the existing - Quick disassembly of the print head - Capacitive sensor or BLTouch assembly via adaptation piece - Assembly of cable holder without having to print the upper cover - Quick assembly of the belt Notes: The fan duct incorporating the BLtouch can be printed in a transparent PLA in order to have visibility of the LED status of the sensor. It is perforated which allows a constant air flow on the electronics of the BLTouch. This head has been printed and tested, the few small issues encountered in editing have been corrected, but do not hesitate to inform me by your returns in case of problems. I will do the corrections. Assembling videos are coming, just a matter of time :) Marlin is functional on my printer with my configuration (trapezoidal screws, BLTouch), the content may vary depending on yours. EndStop X is intended for use with Z (x) Z122 trolleys. In case of original DAGOMAs trolleys, the limit switch will be on the top right screw head of the hotend fan. (See Photo with red arrow). The routing of the cables did not pose any particular problem, with common sense you might make it easily :) Little Mistake in the bill of materials, the screws are CHC M3 and not HM3. Enjoy ! Edit V1.2 (27/08/2018) : Un désalignement sans gravité de 1mm s'était glissé dans la conception initiale - C'est maintenant corrigé. La pièce Eazy_Top a été simplifiée afin de faciliter son impression. Une pièce supplémentaire a été ajoutée pour la butée sur le capteur de l'axe X. A minor misalignment of 1mm without any impact of the functioning has been discovered in the initial conception, it's now corrected. The Eazy_Top part has been simplified in order to make its printing easier. A additionnal part Eazy-ContactX has been added for the X sensor detection.
