Printed on: Anycub Mega-S, 0.2 layer height, 55mm/s, 100% infill, no rafts or supports. PLA 180 degrees No bed heating The hole for the screw had to be adjusted and drilled after printing (need to increase the diameter a bit) I have purchased a 1000W DIY e-bike kit, from Cyclotricity (actually, it was their kit sold by "Powerbikes" in the UK) with a 16ah 48V battery for my 29er hardtail Radon ZR Race bike. The battery had a frame mount, that worked OK'ish until I dropped my bike practicing wheelies and the frame mount cracked a bit. I started to look for a way to avoid this in the future, as I am a rookie MTB rider and I tend to fall or drop my bike now and then :D So I have 3D printed the support bracket, that made the battery very stable. I will upgrade it after a few testing weeks, to fill-in more area on the top, and maybe round it up a bit... youtube.com/VRMinde
