Ebike battery case (Prismatic Panasonic cells)

thingiverse

A battery case made for Prismatic Panasonic cells taken out of a Audi A3 Sportsback e-tron from 2013. The case is designed to be glued together in two places with strong adhesive. Long bolts are used to screw the lid in place by permanently placed m4 nuts glued into place in the lower casing, for easy and secure access to the cells. A voltage monitor is mounted on top of the lid for battery life readings. XT-60 connectors are also glued in place for charging and power output on top of the lid, as well as room for a BMS. Feel free to comment if you want to know more :)
