Please be kind. this is my first thing i ever designed and printed, i am very proud of this item and i know it still needs some fine tuning. updated 5/2: created a belt holster for ebox mod. Print with support, scale up 0.01 if you don't feel like sanding updated 4/26: moved charging port to side so it will stand when charging, no more leaking vaps. created a cut on battery holster for easier access to screws for momentary switch. updated 3/22: as per request i have uploaded base with support for a 12mm switch. i have over-sized it by 0.4 mm making the hole 12.4mm allowing any 12mm switch to slide in smoothly update 3/21: wired up the box mod. everything fit as i wanted. i uploaded more pictures of the wired box. Description: this is a single 18650 box mod unregulated with a tp4056 lipo charger module. Size: 45mm x 80mm x 25mm components used: 1x IRLB3034 (mosfet) 1x 15k resistor 2x battery pins 1x momentary switch 1x tp4056 5v 1a lithium batt charger 1x 510 spring loaded 22m connector ps: i have not soldered this unit together yet but i will doing so very soon to see if anything needs adjustment but overall everything does fit perfectly. this is also designed so that the battery is apply pressure to the lid to keep a tight fit. pps: during the course of making this box mod, i learn how to use openscad. my codes are very sloppy and once i clean it up. i will upload the scad files. p.p.p.s: if you enjoyed this thing, check out my other thingshttp://www.thingiverse.com/novaspirit/designs Instructions abs: 230c brim: 20mm heatbed: 100c layer height: 0.25 nozzle: 0.4 that's what i used to print.
