This is a dock I made to fit a Samsung Galaxy S5 with a charging case on it, based around the EC Technology 6mm Qi Charging Pad (and similar rebrands): http://amzn.to/297UUdC It is designed with some wiggle room, so all phones (with/without case) around the size of 150mm by 80mm should fit. I printed mine with 20% infill at 200microns, with a brim, but this is pretty much up to you, as the design is very simple. FYI - In the Thingiview option, the file is on its side, but I highly recommend to print this base down (just simply rotate the downloaded file).
