So I took whosawhatsis awesome Eccentric Sphere Gears and re-worked it to be a single part assembly. I took the existing holes in the gear parts, inverted them, booleaned them to the central hub, then offsetted inwards by about 0.3mm. Instructions Probably only going to be possible on a machine capable of both quite fine detail and support structure.
